We decided to put this blog together to share our unique skills, experiences and services to the business community. Up until this point, the company’s success has been strictly due to referrals and word of mouth. A philosophy of, if you do good work, people will hear about it. It has worked very well so far and allowed our business to succeed.

We conducted a little project recently and asked our customers why they use us. We found quite a few different themes within their responses, but one consistent theme was that we are great at giving free HR advice, and free HR advice is how the relationship gets started. Ultimately, we are in the business of building relationships.

So, with the free HR advice mantra, we go forth with our blog. We will do our best to keep posts interesting and topical. We encourage everyone to make suggestions, comment on posts and of course, ask for some free HR advice.
